Importantly, current homeowners associations under a Blue Horizon Management Company agreement will not see any change to their existing contract or scope of services. All terms and conditions will continue as outlined in their current management agreement, unless otherwise notified in accordance with that agreement.
Blue Horizon will continue operating its rental and property management division as always, while VirtualHOA.com now serves as the exclusive home for all HOA accounting and management services.
